This is what was once often called the “90%” orange galactonotus, or just “orange galacs”. I don’t see the variation that once existed in the market (for a while there was a form that had orange restricted to the back area) these days, and usually now if you see orange galacs, these are the ones. Beautiful pumpkin orange covers the back and sides, often with substantial coverage on the legs. Beautiful frogs, and easy to keep, excellent in groups. Reasonably bold, you should see these frogs all the time.
While they are primarily terrestrial frogs, they do not hesitate to climb and will take advantage of most areas of a normal size terrarium. You can find a detailed discussion of breeding this frog on my Profile page, linked below, but the summary is that these are prolific frogs which seem to need a bit of combat to get going! Seriously, they really have only bred for me in small groups, three to five frogs. Male female pairs just don’t do anything in my care, in terms of breeding.
