Start your fruit fly cultures with ease using our Fruit Fly Starter Kit, designed to provide everything you need to create ten new fruit fly cultures. Only order this product if you are ordering frogs, this product has an extra charge built into the cost to help defray the cost of the larger box needed to ship it with your dart frog order!

Our fruit fly starter kit includes all materials needed to start ten new fruit fly cultures- Ten 24 oz cups, ten ventilated lids, media for ten cultures, and excelsior wood shavings.  We also include a jar of Repashy Calcium Plus.

Additionally, you’ll receive two cultures of our Turkish Gliders melanogaster flightless flies.  One culture will be producing on arrival, while the second will begin producing a few days later, ensuring a continuous supply of flies for you to use to start new cultures and feed your frogs for the first ten days or so, until your first cultures begin producing.
