Live Arrival Guarantee:
We guarantee that your plants will arrive alive and in good condition if temperatures during transit and at your location are between 40°F and 80°F. If temperatures fall outside this range, having your package held at a FedEx facility is highly recommended. You can either input the FedEx location address as your “ship to” address or request that we locate the nearest suitable FedEx facility for you.

Should there be any concerns about your plant’s condition upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Replacements are offered as the sole remedy for live arrival issues, with shipping costs for replacement orders being the buyer’s responsibility.
